The timimngs have been carefully worked out to provide clean and hygienic stays. Checkin is after 3 pm and Checkout is by 11 am so that we can clean the property including rooms and bathrooms, change the linen, etc. and be ready to welcome our next guests by 3 pm.
The Security deposit is fully refundable one day after checkout and is taken to ensure timely checkin & checkout, not more than agreed number of guests and careful use of the property.
We need picture IDs with address proof of all guests: either passports or Aadhar cards by WhatsApp before checkin.

KEEP CLEAN. The Villa is a clean, comfortable, self-help accommodation. You can cook your own meals. For non-veg, kindly use your own cooking vessels. Wash and put back the cutlery, crockery & utensils, BEFORE checkout. If this is not done, the time taken to clean the mess after you leave will attract late checkout charges.
SAVE ELECTRICITY. Switch off water heaters and air-conditioners when not in use.
Do not disturb the neighbours.
Checkin is not before 3 pm and checkout by11 am for a reason. Early check in or late checkout are permitted subject to availability. Even if permitted, these would strictly be at a charge as decided by the management.
Each booking is for the specified number of guests only. If there are additional guests including kids & day visitors, a charge of Rs 1000 per guest will be debited.
Before entering the pool, guests must take a shower & CHANGE into proper SWIMSUITS. If any guests enter the pool wearing normal clothes or if they dirty the pool with beach sand or in any other way, Pool Cleaning Charges as decided by management will be debited.
Please DON’T SMOKE inside the villa or in the balconies. If you must, please do so outside. Please do not consume alcohol outside the building. Violations will attract penalties.
DO NOT USE DOUBLE-SIDE TAPE and make sure you do not leave any marks on the walls/ceiling/floors. Please clean up and properly place the garbage in bags outside BEFORE checkout. If not, the time taken to clean the mess will attract late checkout charges.
Please do not move the furniture around.
The caretaker will clean the rooms once a day around 10 am.
Please use this house carefully --- as you would your own.
Please note there are CCTV cameras in the common areas.
ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES & NARCOTIC SUBSTANCES ARE BANNED.
Maximum 2 pets (dogs or cats only) weighing no more than 35 kg each are permitted at Rs 1500 per pet per day subject to:
Pets must be clean and free of fleas and ticks.
Pets must not be aggressive.
You must clean up after the pet and properly dispose of any waste.
The pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be with you and under your care at all times.
The pet must be put on a leash when required by the caretaker.
The pet must be removed from property at anytime if it causes any nuisance.
Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool at any time.
